Dispensary Domination LLC gives you choices concerning cookies, advertising, marketing communications, and the personal information we process.
Your available rights depend on where you live and which laws apply. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Opt Out of Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
Dispensary Domination does not sell personal information for money.
Some advertising, analytics, affiliate, and tracking activities may be considered the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, or cross context behavioral advertising under certain privacy laws.
You may opt out by selecting “Cookie Settings” in the website footer and disabling the Advertising category.
Your choice will apply to the browser and device you are currently using. You may need to make the selection again if you use another browser or device, delete your cookies, use private browsing, or reset your browser.

Opt Out of Marketing Emails
You may stop promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link included in the message or by emailing support@dispensarydomination.com.
After you unsubscribe, we may keep limited information on a suppression list so we do not add you back to promotional email campaigns.
You may continue to receive service messages concerning purchases, payments, account security, active projects, support requests, or material policy changes.
Opt Out of Marketing Text Messages
You may stop marketing text messages by replying STOP to the message or by emailing support@dispensarydomination.com.
Message and data rates may apply. Opting out of promotional text messages does not prevent necessary service communications through another method.
Request Access to Your Information
You may request information about the personal information we process about you. Depending on applicable law, this may include:
- The categories of information collected
- Specific pieces of personal information
- Sources of the information
- Purposes for collecting and using it
- Categories of recipients
- A portable copy of certain information

Request Correction
You may ask us to correct inaccurate personal information.
Send your request to support@dispensarydomination.com with the subject “Privacy Correction Request.” Explain which information is inaccurate and provide the correct information.
Request Deletion
You may ask us to delete personal information, subject to applicable exceptions.
Send your request to support@dispensarydomination.com with the subject “Privacy Deletion Request.”
We may retain information when reasonably needed to:
- Complete a transaction or requested service
- Maintain active customer projects
- Protect website and account security
- Detect fraud or abuse
- Maintain financial and tax records
- Manage refunds, disputes, and chargebacks
- Maintain marketing suppression lists
- Comply with legal requirements
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
Limit Sensitive Personal Information
We may process account credentials, access information, private communications, and other information that may be treated as sensitive under applicable law.
We use this information to provide requested services, protect accounts, process payments, maintain security, and meet legal requirements. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer personal characteristics unless we provide notice and an applicable right to limit that use.

Object to or Restrict Processing
Where applicable, you may object to or request restriction of certain processing based on our legitimate interests.
You may also withdraw consent for processing that relies on your consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before consent was withdrawn.
Send the request to support@dispensarydomination.com and explain which use of your information you object to.
Withdraw Permission for a Partner Introduction
If you previously gave us permission to provide your contact information to a partner, you may withdraw permission for future disclosures by emailing support@dispensarydomination.com.
Withdrawal does not require an independent partner to delete information it already received. You may need to contact that partner directly regarding its continued use of your information.
Authorized Agents
Where permitted by law, an authorized agent may submit a privacy request for you.
We may require proof of the agent’s authority and may contact you directly to confirm the request. An agent should send the request to support@dispensarydomination.com.
Verifying Requests
We may need to verify your identity before responding to an access, correction, deletion, or similar request.
Verification may involve confirming your email address, account information, order details, business relationship, or other information already associated with our records.
We will request only the information reasonably needed to verify and process the request. If we cannot verify the request, we may be unable to provide, correct, or delete the requested information.
Requests Involving Customer Provided Data
Dispensary Domination may process personal information on behalf of a dispensary customer while providing marketing services.
If your request concerns information controlled by one of our customers, we may direct you to that business. We may assist the customer with the request when required by contract or applicable law.
Appealing a Decision
If we deny your privacy request and applicable law provides an appeal right, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing support@dispensarydomination.com with the subject “Privacy Request Appeal.”
Explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.
Response Timing
We will acknowledge and respond to verified privacy requests within the period required by applicable law.
We may extend the response period when permitted due to the number or complexity of requests. If an extension is needed, we will provide notice where required.
No Unlawful Discrimination
We will not unlawfully deny services, charge a different price, provide a different level of service, or retaliate against you because you exercised an applicable privacy right.
Exercising a privacy right may affect a feature that requires the information you asked us to delete or stop processing.
